Lawrence M. Parker II

Founder & Committee Chair

Lawrence M. Parker II is an award-winning technology leader and Full-Stack Power Platform Developer with over a decade of high-impact experience architecting enterprise-grade applications, robust automation workflows, and secure, data-driven platforms across the education, healthcare, and financial sectors. A proud alumnus of Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems, he further advanced his technical and strategic expertise by earning both a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from Wilmington University. Throughout his distinguished career driving digital transformation for prominent organizations such as Nova Southeastern University, MDVIP, and BHG Financial, Lawrence has consistently leveraged modern web frameworks, advanced AI-assisted development tools, and the complete Microsoft Power Platform suite to modernize legacy systems, centralize global infrastructures, and seamlessly translate complex business needs into empowering, user-focused solutions.

Dr. Titania M. Parker

Founder & Committee Chair

Dr. Parker is an A.B., Law, Letters, and Society graduate of the College of the University of Chicago. After graduating early, she attended the New York University (NYU) School of Law where she obtained her Doctor of Law (JD) degree. After her matriculation through NYU, she worked as an Associate Attorney for several law firms and with the Florida Office of the Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General. After deciding she wanted a career change, she began her studies at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) where she obtained a Masters of Human Services in Child Protection, Legal Perspectives in Child Protective Services. A few years later, Dr. Parker successfully defended her dissertation and graduated again from NSU with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Criminal Justice. She is currently an Associate Professor with almost a decade of experience teaching Criminal Justice courses.
